The producer price index(PPI) of Feb 2018 shows that  PPI rised  3.6% from the prior month ,and rised 3.7% on year-on-year basis. 

Industrial Production Index(IPI) rised  0.1% compared with Jan ,and went up 4.4% on year-on-year basis.And  the price of raw material

 for Chemical and Chemical product both rised 6.1 percent  on year-on-year basis in Feb,fallen 2.1%,which according to the report on PPI 

of  National Statistics Bureau.
