The first Midwest Network Business Conference was held in Zhengzhou. It was directed by the Department of Commerce of Henan and was undertaken by Alibaba Group. At present there are more than 1000 minor enterprise of Henan make business on Alibaba. The network performance in Zhengzhou rank first in 9 provinces and 10 cities of midwest regions althought the quantity is still not so many compare with coastal province like Zhejiang, Fujian ect.
      Henan has enacted a large number of policy prop up SMEs, even specially establish the commerce department office, thus more and more enterprises have obtained good development via e－commerce platform. In fact, e－commerce is not only help SMEs against inflationary pressures but also has far－reaching effects to Henan overall economic development.
